The Sports Vlog has been created by Jack, Myles, Rhys, Hamish and Dev to present viewers with an alternative understanding of the benefits of participating in sport. The vlog outlines 4 different benefits, with examples given for various sports.

Members (in order of appearance)

Deveree Correa

Deveree took part in the vlog by both introducing and concluding the video, in which she both outlined the topic of discussion and gave an appropriate closing to the video. She also filmed Myles' part of the vlog.

Myles Waller

Myles discusses the first benefit of the vlog, which is related to exercise and diet. He does this with an example of Basketball. Myles also filmed both the introduction and conclusion of the vlog where Dev is on-screen.

Hamish Southwell

Hamish outlines the second benefit described in the vlog, which is related to the emotions and challenges witnessed in sport. This is explained through an example of Rugby. Hamish also recorded Jack's contribution to the vlog, which followed immediately after his.

Jack O'Donogue

In his part of the vlog, Jack outlines the link between participating in sport and stress relief. He does this with the example of Soccer. Jack also contributed to the creation of the vlog by recording Hamish's part.

Rhys Jones

Rhys was the final member of the Sports Blog to appear in the vlog, as he discussed how sport can improve social skills by using the example of Cricket. Rhys' role in creating the vlog also involved editing the video.
